Pupil Premium
In order to accelerate pupils’ progress and to diminish the difference between our pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium and those that are not the funding has provided:
- Support to deliver small group and individual lessons in order to address children's gaps in learning and accelerate progress
- One to one and small group support in Maths and English throughout the school
- Provision of nurture groups/counselling/social stories groups for vulnerable pupils
- Subsidised school trips and clubs
- Sustaining the role of the Learning support manager to develop the school’s SEND provision
- Provision for mentoring
As a result of these interventions the difference has been diminished by the end of KS2 and our higher performing PP pupils out perform those Nationally
