Starting on Monday 24th June 2024 Havering Catering Services will be introducing a more convenient way to preorder school meals, using a secure service called ParentPay.
This service will give Parents/Carers the opportunity to preorder school meals for their child/children via the ParentPay website. The school will no longer be using Squid to order school meals so it is important that all parents must sign up to this service to ensure that their child/children will be able to continue ordering school meals from Monday 24th June 2024.
Please ensure that you have signed up, prior to our live date of Monday 24th June. If you do not sign up by this date, we will be unable to provide your child with a school meal and a home packed lunch will need to be provided.
Ordering a school meal via ParentPay must be done in advance from home or by 8.00am on the day lunch is required.
Accessing ParentPay You will be provided with a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password that is allocated to your child; once you have logged into ParentPay for the first time, you will be prompted to change both username and password.
Please keep your new login details safe and secure. If you have more than one child at our school, or children at other ParentPay schools, you can create a single account login for all your children.
You will receive your unique ParentPay Account activation. For further information on ParentPay please see the FAQs below or visit www.parentpay.com
