Learning & Achievement Committee (Associate Member) and responsibility for SEN

In 2014, I started teaching at Crowlands as an NQT in Year Six and have taught in Year Six for the past four years. I became a part of the Curriculum Team in 2016 as leader of the Technology Team and have recently started working with teachers to revamp the Biodome and the gardening areas within the school as part of a ‘Crowlands in Bloom’ project. In January 2018, I became the Upper KS2 Phase Leader and I am enjoying settling into my new role.

I studied Human Psychology at Aston University and have a real interest in education for children with SEND. Due to this interest, I am currently studying for the National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-Ordination at the University College London and I am hoping to further advance my knowledge following the completion of this course.
