I have been in my role as the Executive Headteacher of the Growing Together Federation since the federation began in April 2018. Our federation consists of two primary schools in the London Borough of Havering - Crowlands Primary School and Newtons Primary School. 

I am passionate about making a difference and consider that we offer all our pupils an excellent start to their education.  I have been in the role since 2018 having been promoted from my previous role as Headteacher at Crowlands Primary School. I have over 20 years of teaching experience in Canning Town, Los Angeles, East Ham, South Carolina and Stratford before joining the London Borough of  Havering.

I have held various leadership positions on my journey to becoming an Executive Headteacher and have been fortunate to work in a range of outstanding schools. I am now in the fortunate position of leading our federation and I am grateful to have the most dedicated team members. We strive to do the best in all that we can do!

Outside of school my boys Charlie and Zak keep me busy as I juggle all of their sporting, social and family commitments. I also continue to love playing rugby for the Romford Ravens!
