My name is Linda Mills and I have been retired for 4 years. 
The majority of my career has been spent at the Senior Management Level, initially within the Service Industry reporting directly to the Board of Directors. 

My last post was that of Finance and Administration Officer at a charity providing support for pre-school children with special needs and their families.

My hobbies are theatre, travel and reading,  and I most enjoy spending time with my husband  and son.  My son is an ex-pupil of Newtons and has special needs.

I have been involved with Newtons Primary School for some twenty years during which time I have been Chair of Governors for over ten years.   It has been my total privilege and passion working with fellow Governors and Staff to encourage all children to reach their personal best.
